Amos Qingdao Hainel Co., LTD located in Huangdao district, QingdaoCity, only 40km to the Qingdao Liuting International airport, here densely covered the Tongsan, Shugang and other highways, the traffic is very convenient.Hainel owns a total area of 70,000 square meters including a workshop area of 40,000 square meters. The factory layout is efficient and the surroundings are comfortable. Advanced precision casting, precision machining, and surface treatment technologies have been adopted by Hainel. Our main business is high level precision castings, deeply machined parts of stainless steel, heat resistant steel, carbon steel, low alloyed steel, high-temperature alloy, and non-ferrous alloy material. We produce parts for chemical machines, food machines, construction hardware, heat-treatment equipment, hydro-pneumatic machines, marine hardware, kitchenware, hardware tools, metal instruments, sports equipment, measuring equipment and automobile spare parts. At present, more than 95% of our products are exported to Europe, USA, Japan, and Korea, more than 20 countries around the world. Having produced investment castings for the international market for so many years, Hainel had become a leading Chinese precision casting manufacturer and a well-known marine hardware supplier. Currently, Hainel has two silica sol investment casting production lines with a monthly production capacity of 300 tons, one robot machines polishing production line with a monthly polishing capacity of about 200,000 pieces, and another hand polishing production line with a monthly polishing capacity of about 200,000 pieces. It means that current Hainel can finish 400,000 pieces of surface treatment parts, 200,000 pieces of precision machined parts and also 50 sets of investment casting toolings per month.
